PingID is the ID of a created ping (a visual effect on the map and minimap display, noting an important point or a place to attack).
These are required so that we can stop looping ping events. Any map pings which are created as assigned an ID, which can later be used with Ping_Stop? to stop the ping from continuing.
Note: In reality, PingID is an integer value returned by World_FXEventLooping() for the created effect the pinging uses. However, this doesn't really matter.
