Loc String is a variable of type String which is used to define an entry in the UCS Localisation file, or actual text to use instead.
Any text which isn't just a number will be outputted as is. If the input is just a number, such as “1234”, it will look in the appropriate UCS Localisation file to find the text to use.
In some cases, actual numbers are required instead of text. This is mainly in objective tables.
